MBBS admission in India 2023 - MBBS Stand for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. The course period is 5½ years (4½ years of theoretical study followed by a year of rotating internship). The 4½ years of theoretical study is broken into 3 phases of 18 months each. there are 3 semesters of 6 months total duration 18 months. There is a semester exam at the end of each semester and a professional exam at the end of each professional. The third is dedicated to monthly clinical work in the wards and wards of professional hospitals. There are 3 vocational exams in total, followed by practical and clinical exams. A pass percentage of 50% is required.
